Unable to open Enscape in Macbook Pro M2

I’ve been using the trial version before purchasing the paid one, and it’s been a nightmare. Before buying my computer, a MacBook Pro M2 2023, I searched and confirmed that the notebook had all the necessary configurations to run Enscape, but it simply isn’t working.

I can’t even use the Feedback button because, well, the software doesn’t open, and when I click on it, it shows me the same message that Enscape has crashed.
