Where is it?..I already have approval from management to upgrade our licenses, need to upgrade ASAP before someone changes there mind. :slight_smile:

Apparently the final builds have been split off from all the beta stuff so the 3.0 release version has been locked - should be a matter of days barring any major issues?

The builds are already on the site in fact. For purchasing info I would suggest to write to sales.software@chaosgroup.com

I did…and was told to contact our reseller, and we have contacted trinity animation…as of the morning we were informed that “Release has not been announced yet but we expect it very soon.”

I also prefer this. The local resellers add a BIG markup on the stuff, and this excludes the exchange rate stuff. Way back I bought my 1st license direct and the experience was much more pleasant.

Want this as well, because it will take a few days if not weeks before my reseller updates his page and I will be able to get it.

I totally agree.

I never speaks with my retailer, only when I need to update to next version of vray… And this does not happen often… :slight_smile:

So please make it possible to this in this instead…

I would love to buy V-Ray directly as well. But I guess that it’s a bit too much of the hustle for Chaosgroup atm.

But If you buy through local reseller… always negotiate the price. They’re able to give nice discount and still make a profit.

My retailer said that he doesn’t see 3.0 in the “system” yet… Sort it out sales masters and take my money ! :slight_smile:
