Hi, can you please explain what exactly you are doing? Generally, installing the newest versions of Enscape and Envision should be enough to use it.
Yeah, I’m not using Enscape. Vray for Revit live link to Envision is no longer supported for Envision 1.6, 1.7 I guess? Its a shame as it worked very well.
Sorry for a silly question, I’m sure I am just missing something obvious: why exactly do you prefer the workflow with V-Ray for Revit + Envision rather than Enscape for Revit + Envision? Is the Enscape workflow worse or slower in some way?
Not a silly Q at all 
The reason is I have always used Vray for Revit and not used Enscape. And right now I have a bigger project that is stremalined with the workflow Vray from Revit to Envision, so I was hoping to upgrade to the newest Envision version. Still on 1.5 which works. Will this pure Live link Vray for Revit to Envision be completely discontinued?

Please note that starting from Envision 1.6, latest versions of Envision do not support the V-Ray for Revit Live Link. As a workaround, you can continue using Envision 1.5 for this workflow, or utilize Enscape to Envision Live Link.
