Vray GPU and PhoenixFDOceanTex

Is there any hope that in a near future Vray GPU will be able to render the PhoenixFDOceanTex textures?
It is incredible that after so many years of development this feature is still missing in Vray GPU since I found this request since 2017 at least.
Do not understand the difficulty in doing this so my request might be absurd but it is really necessary for my productions so please consider to solve this issue since we are moving all our workstations to GPU render exclusively.

Is there any update regarding full support for PhoenixFDOceanTex in VRay GPU?

No movement yet, I’m afraid. What seems to be at stake here is that the Vector Displacement (used by PhoenixFDOceanTex)is not fully supported on the GPU. Disabling the checkbox in the texture (to become regular displacement) shouldn’t yield issues.
