Vray IPR crashing max....

…quite often when I am adjusting/adding items to the scene. Just now for example I needed to install exposure control on the camera and 3dsmax asked if I wanted to replace the existing exposure control…when I clicked yes max crashed. This wouldn’t have happenen if I hadn’t been using IPR. Other crashes occur when adding a light or maybe a colour correction and carrying out other small adjustments to various items/lights etc.

Is this a known issue and can it be resolved or is it just a case of, there are only certain tweaks you can carry out when using Vray IPR that won’t crash max?

Hi, thanks for posting. Are you suing V-Ray CPU or V-Ray GPU? Have you tried to re-install your 3ds Max, V-Ray and GPU drivers? Try using this tool or similar or it when uninstalling GPU drivers. Make sure you have enough memory on your system for the scenes you work on.
Make sure you do not have any other weakness in your hardware that may cause instability.
