VRay Machine License Transfer

I am transferring my VRay license to a new machine (already PLU’d my max license to it) and would like to know the best way to do this. I already have VRay installed (this was previously a render farm machine) but need to move the VRay authorization. How do I do this?

The VRay key is tied to the max licence. If you PLU’d Max you can still use the original Authorization key you recieved for VRay.

I did exactly the same thing yesterday - moved my max license on to a
faster machine using the PLU. Installed old Vray (the one that comes with
the installer package) and copied the recent vray files. Max started fine,
changed the renderer to Vray and the authorization box popped up.
Tried filling in my old codes to no avail…(I’ve also sent a new request
yesterday but still no word from the chaotics:-(

What have I done wrong? Any Clues? I really need to have VRAY up
and running today…
