Does anyone know why I would get this error from Vray?

VRay fails to read some tiles exr files.
Are you able to load those exr files in another application to make sure the files are not broken?

One thing that I noticed - the files are inside a “UDIM” folder, but their filenames contain UVTILE-specific naming.
How does the path look inside the file node? If you’re using Maya’s option to read the tiles - make sure it’s set to UVTILE and see if that helps.

There’s one other file in the beginning that fails that’s a bit more concerning - can you share it with us? nurs_busha_hi_cn_main_base_tg_tiled.exr

And most importantly - what version of V-Ray and Maya is this?

Hey Yolov,

I am using Vray 3.6 for Maya 2018. This error only comes up on a couple render nodes though. The rest of my render nodes are able to render the project with no problem.

Is there any chance that those two nodes don’t have access to the shared location where the textures are? Judging by the logs, the assets seem to be on a mapped network drive, correct me if I’m wrong.
