White screenshot in Sketchup iso

Hello,

here sommes infos:

Sketchup pro 2021

Enscape 2.9.1.+34079

In Perspectiv mode enscape work well but in Isometry it only give me a totally white export.

I try with rtx on/off no difference

Any options?

With Sketchup 2020 and Enscape 2.9.1 = Same problem

With Sketchup 2020 and Enscape 2.8.2 = Everything good

seems to be the new version

If you’re using the orthographic mode of Enscape then it’s normal to have a completely white background. But, you cannot see your project at all, is that correct? Can you kindly send me a screenshot of that, where I can see Enscape right next to SketchUp, where the project is visible but invisible in Enscape itself?
