My enscape view is in orthographic and when I take a screenshot of the current enscape view the png output is just a white page. Please help!
I keep having these issues too recently 
Try turning off the synchronize view tool then rendering them, the camera with the blue arrows, it worked for me!
Having the same issue. It seems to the be the orthographic view WITH SYNC VIEWS on is causing the problem. At least, I was able to figure out a workaround by setting my scene with sync on, and then turn sync off before exporting an image. This doesn’t always work great, since some scenes for whatever reason changed slightly when turning off the sync.
It sounds like this is a known problem, from what I’ve heard.
This is indeed a known problem - we’re busy resolving this issue as soon as possible and you can expect the fix to be implemented in an upcoming update soon.

One of my users had 2.9.1 installed & has the same problem
When will a more recent update be available to fix this issue? It works when turning sync off, but if I want to take a screenshot in parallel view (sketchup), this option does not give me the view I want… It’s really frustrating
