Is there a way to make your render so your upper cabinets aren't floating in the air? Maybe put a wall same color as the background just so there's something to catch shadows. Also, I would give your point lights some radius to produce soft shadows. (You then have to increase the shadow subdivision to get clean shadows)
I love the concept bro, is really nice, position of camara and composition are great, my feedback will be that the images are too small, maybe bigger output?, also if you are going to do a render with a foggy day, maybe will be good idea to have a better interior ilumination, you can use more than 1 ring of light in the center, maybe some IES on some corners to create some drama, and if you are going to use that kind of big lamp then the light coming from it shoud be more brighter...Also i see some sun light entering from the window and the exterior image dosent seem to fit with that kind of sun entering the window, i think that if you correct this things this can be awsome renders, from my point of view.
Oh and also more contrast in the image from light to dark, if this makes sense hehe.
great! now i can see more the details, but i still think you need to do some changes like the ones i mention before to make this an awsome render, btw i upload a scene of my vray contest entry, and in the scene i upload i make some nice books maybe you can use them cause the ones you have right now are not good in detail
You should definitely try increasing your GI illumination. The room has a lot of windows, but it doesn't feel like much light is coming in. Look at the various tutorials to see how to set that up.
the way the shadows and lights looks for me its perfect the monitor needs some emisive material and the books looks flat, but in all is great ilumination!

Thanks Teo, coming from you these comments mean a lot. Monitor actually has an emissive material but perhaps not enough. I'll work on that. What do you think about background. It seems to me that it's a bit too bright, no?
