@zapcat: i use catmull-rom in combination with adaptive sub. set @ min 0, max 4, thrsh 0.1, multipass and rand.

@jp: i model with metric units, cm for instance, and the internal scale is also set to cm.

VRAY noob question
how do you get the environment color (light blueish) to inflict on the walls ?

I got my setup right , but somehow , the walls don't seem to care about the surrounding ambiance

hi wolfie

have you set the environment in the vray render-dialog?
there you may also increase the multiplicator for the environment.
play around with the color (i.e. saturation)
