Your rendering looks amazing as they always do. As a landscape architect I can tell you the flow to get in and out of those garages on a daily basis will not be fun!

Thanks for the compliment. I think once the gate is in, it'll be pretty cool. Each house has its own gated entrance. I'll try to minimize the garage with the final images.

I finally received the gate information.

I am moving the light behind the camera, which I usually don't do, but might help. Right now it looks like a dark, scary place.

The gates are too high off the ground. Easy for an intruder to slide under. Ha. Just my 2 cents. Looking good. I don't like the round columns either. But hey to each their own. And i see your grass edge issue that i deal with too. Have you tried the forestpro solution (nesting a small and large grass clump?)

I do have a smaller clump for the edge, but since I added the gate, I have to re-work it. I think I might go back to Autograss, which really is a one click solution (I cringe at $275).

The forest pro grass edging really feels like something they will fix, as so many people are having issues with it. I would email them and ask before investing in the next thing.

I would still use Forest Pro for other things, but yes, it would be nice to use for grass.

What is there to fix? it works properly, it's just there's a huge clump of grass as the source.

For large areas you need a large clump to cover it, but a smaller clump for edges. It does seem like a workaround, but it might be an optimal solution.

Yes, but maybe an option to have the spline slice through big clusters, based on elements?

We have introduced a new mode in Forest Pro 3.4.1 beta that solves the edge issue.
Now large clumps are trimmed automatically (at render time), using detection by elements. By now this feature is exclusive of VRay.

Please, feel free to test the beta version and submit your feedback in the iToo forum.

New edge feature works great. So much easier now. A welcomed addition to an already great tool.

I installed and will check it out. I'm working on a subdivision, with paths, so it'll make things easier.

Is there any documentation? What do I have to do to enable it?
