However, the road is awful! I tried uvw unwrapping, but it was coming off low resolution. This one, worked in another scene, but fails here. Any tips for roads like this, or any road for that matters.

you could apply your textures for the road in different UV map channels....the asphalt in one scale to get the texture right and the dirt and lines in different channels.

Why is everyone hating on my trees they only look as strange as the real ones do.

Bobby, looking a lot better in that last one, something about the grout lines being more defined gives it more life.

Thanks and thanks for the trees. I get lazy when it comes to creating custom materials. I just need to but the bullet and learn how to properly use the UVW Wrappers.

How are you setting up the asphalt material now? Is it all 1 big image or a blend to add the stripes?

The trees look like they should be hair for a Simpsons character.

I think I am caught between the architect and the owner. The owner commissioned me, so I am trying to favor his direction, but the architect is playing hard ball. The architect called and said that there is no way the historical commissioner will approve the white brick, so he directed me to make it red. Here are the updates.

between these two options I prefer red brick..... try uv map channels for the road, better than unwrapp uv map in my opinion for roads

Killing me with color options, which wasn't in the agreement. I think, for the first time, I might write a change order.

The images are looking a bit cold and I think they lacking some contrast.
I have done a quick tweak (I hope you dont mind)
The sky in my tweak is probably a little overblown but you get the idea

I agree. I used PS's camera raw, which did flatten things out a little too much.

thanks. I used an HDRI and doubled the VRay reflection in PS.
