well the lighting looks good, but I have issues with the layout. maybe its not your call, but Id hate to work there. Its cramped looking, and Id hate to have a workstation that would get so much glare from the sun outside the window.
Oh and I might do more work on the ceiling lights besides just a vray light. Also would add heating/AC vents in the ceiling.
EDIT: looking at your viewport screenshot, is that an autocad drawing of a doorway in the foreground?

this plan has gone through many stages of development ... so yes there is an old partition still there in cad ..
the layout is very spacious as you can see from this plan .. perhaps its the perspective that makes it look cramped.

very nice work! actually I think its has given me a lot of ideas.
Only comments i have are probably mentioned above:
background seems really slightly too high from this perspective (maybee it works good in the animation?)
carpet texture seems to tile slightly
lights on ceiling - should they have a diffuser? white a bit too consistant. Maybee thats how they are meant to be
I think the RPC's arnt too noticable as being too dark & they work pretty well i think. They just look that way eh
the yellowish columns look really bright or something, almost self illuminated
I cant think of ANYTHING else but this is really good work so maybee the closer it gets to reality, the more ideas people have to finish it off? Lots of subtle details you have turn it from a boring office to something really good

great work natty. what camera angle did you use, my only comment would be that the foreground desk units look distorted.
do you have the same problem with your rpc where some of them come in as giants? at least 1.9m tall sometimes.
i wish my desk was that tidy.

the Imap took around 15 hours to render the complete animation ..and that frame took around an hour with the saved map.

Looks real nice and crisp, the one thing that jumped out was that the room appears to be at a slope/angle, I thought I was getting vertigo I think the background image could be better or more suited to the image/camers angle
great work
