I have tried Substance, but nothing I did was usable. I did the monthly subscription, but everything tiled poorly.

Considering I paid good money for the original version of VMPP and after having to rebuild my PC, I found it impossible to reactivate my licence. I imagined when they first posted here, in reply to a few others with he same problem, that they would do something to solve it. However they did nothing and try as I might to contact them on the NEW site, I got absolutely no response.. As for upgrading to the new version, which is basically what they want everyone to do, hence the ZERO response or contact. Yes it WAS a great product, but sadly their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, so I won't be using it any more, or will I ever consider upgrading.. A real shame

Did anybody bother installing the latest update released recently for max 2021 - XSMP 2.3.0 (about a month or something ago)
There's 13 new granite materials, but other than that and a new license backend, anything worthwhile?

I installed it into MAX 2021, but I don't think I have the latest. I usually get an email announcement. I'll check it out.
