Seems to me you will never charge for your software in general, because it won't be released. We've been hearing "coming soon" for a loooooooong time already
What's up with this photos on your website claiming it's some glorious plugin

...what I don't understand is that their Instance HD for Lightwave is more advanced and they don't charge for nodes.

i have to say that i am pretty mad at myself buying this plugin...the colors by default and per various preset r waaaay off for creating nice grass and also it renders quite slow (considering i let it use 4 GB of memory)

its not fast to render grass but its a good result i think. Colours are fine for my work flow.

Was just part of our website design.

its actually on their site but it only explains things like LWF and stuff...the grass colors itsself are weird i would say

i would aprecciate in the mapping slots some sort of general tint texture so one can control the tones of the lawn like places with darker and lighter greens and stuff....the grass is just too uniform colorwise

I believe you can do something similar to what you want. Did you see the "Reddish Thatch Using Thatch Channel" video tutorial?

you can edit the .mat files for the grass... turn it into any colour you like! maybe carpet?

I sent an e-mail to happy digital with some suggestions (clover, dandelion, wildflower) and Graham responded directly to me with a very positive answer. Great tool from a great developer if you ask me.

thanks.....yeah it would be grat to have some variation in the kinds of grass perhaps in a newer version hopefully free for current users
