        very interesting...
this screams for a linux/osx version...
the command-line concept reminds me of ImageMagick...vray for webservers?

Hi, Can someone give me some pointers on exporting a vrmesh from maya. I have the plugin loaded and have executed the doVRayMeshExport
function with a polymesh selected but nothing happens.

              Thanks

You need to specify a file name, I think it should be something along the lines of
                        Code:
                        doVRayMeshExport -filename "d:/test.vrmesh"
                        Best regards,

Checked the description and it says that it will evolve and surpass Vray for Max. Questions: Is Max hindering a full fledged implementation of Vray? Will it cost more or less? I am hoping to buy Vray Advanced and use with Viz 4. Well, I reckon standalone will be the best thing for all of us for many reasons.

Ok now i got it to work, its imperative that you use a "/" and not a "" in the export command.
