Chris subagio's domelight script on the old kinetix / discreet webboard was the first for me, around the same time as lazslo sebo's edgeloop tools. Good times!

Far out man. It's a bit nostalgic growing up and seeing how fast this industry has changed. the technology boom is finally slowing down and humans are starting to hit the limits everywhere so where to go from here?

I went til 2am today but thats the first time I've done this in like 18 months. Finishing off this stuff has really motivated me like back in the old days!

back in 2009 I was knocking out personal projects all over the place... and I could still make the time now, i'm not tied down. I just cant be arsed anymore and don't feel that excitement. i've started one a year and given up before i've made a dent.

I've got a render of about 50% of my materials going in the same scene atm.
It's a bit all over the shop but this is the type of testing I'm doing at 3:30am to make sure you guys don't open a piece of shit file!

No need to be depressed, I'll make sure the package is sweet even if its the last thing I ever do haha

Its just part of getting old isnt it? Plus not having as much time. I frequently find myself longing back to the good old days of doing personal projects... one day I'll finish that damn concrete house project I started in 2007....

I've had to do help my brothers out quite a bit over the weekend however with that being said, I still got very close to completion.
