DR nodes dropping out..

Just a little update,

Well i re-made all ini & dummy files, I check and ammended all permissions and security settings, went onto my next project and everything was working fine.

Then the boss comes down and asks if he can have a few different angles of the project i was working on before and guess what? this issue is back. I suppose it is safe to say that what ever my problem is, it's file related so i am not going to try and solve it.

Just thought this info might enlighten someone or help some other poor unlucky git from going through the same ordeal i did, all for nothing.

We had some trouble with our VRay DR too, but now it runs fine. Check for this :

1. make shure every Max runs the same ServicePack
2. make shure only to run VRaySpawner as service OR by hand (autostart etc) never both at the same time (you can unregister VRaySpawner as service over the startup entries created by VRaySetup)

My problems disappeared when I purchased new computers, not a single drop out since.. touch wood!
