If you install 2013 and wonder about some missing functionality within the “isolate selection mode”
(You can no longer iterative isolate in 2013.. like isolating objects from a set of allready isolated objects)
This script brings back the old behaviour. Thanks to Kelly Michels from Autodesk.

owww.. there they go, changing things nobody asked for again. was anybody here annoyed by the previous isolation behaviour? (well apart from when you open a file with stuff isolated in, and have to select/ isolate/unisolate again to get everything back)

I soo dont want 3ds max 2013 :confused: Its such a pain in the ass, all plugins, licenses, setting up systems OMG. Screw it 2012 FTW. I aint moving anywhere for at least decade! >.<

I’ll check again in autumn, installing it now doesn’t really make sense. Looking at the history of previous releases, I expect it to be half-broken, and plugins will not be ready for weeks anyway.
