Change license to another machine

Hello good night.

I have a problem using your application, because I formatted my computer, but I ended up forgetting to remove the Enscape license before formatting it, now I can’t use the program because it says that the license is logged into the non-existent computer, there something I can do to resolve this?

Would it be possible for you to remove the license from my formatted computer?
