Color Correction Reflection Bug/Issue

I didn’t notice this at first but a client pointed it out to me (which admittedly is pretty embarassing)
The floor has a Color Correction map in which I reduced the saturation so that the VrayBitmap is greyscale.
However the reflection on the Stainless Steel Vray Material is still showing the brown of the underlying floor bitmap.
For now I have a workaround (manually changed the bitmap to greyscale) but people have to be careful using color correction when other reflective materials are concerned.

Hi jujubee,

There is an option inside the Render tab>Advanced>Shading graph for glossy/GI:

This is disabled by default as it can slow down performance. You can enable it and check if it produces the expected result.

Is there a way to save these as defaults or user presets? Also would be great turn off bloom by default too…

Yes, there is. Edit>Save Scene Settings as Default (Chaos Vantage) will override the defaults.vantage file located in %Appdata%\Chaos Group\Vantage with the currently set settings.
Also, did my solution worked for your first question?

Best regards,
Alexander

hehe yep, that one got me too!

Yes it did and apologies for the late reply. Thank you for the response.
