Hi! I am creating a rendering and tested out the trial version first and the render that shows great is produced from that. Now that I am logged into my license the render turns out super dark. I checked all the settings between what was on the trial version and what I had for the license and they were the exact same. No matter what settings I try with the license the rendering won’t lighten up either.

If so, then can you let me know which graphics card you’re using exactly and whether this occurs in other scenes too, or just this specific one?

I’m sorry but your machine, more specifically your graphics card is not supported by Enscape. It might’ve worked under some circumstances temporarily, but we cannot offer any official support for it I’m afraid.
If there is a system administrator you could refer to, let them know about our system requirements and they might be able to provide a compatible machine.
Should there be no one to refer to, let me know and I can at least give you some GPU recommendations depending on your budget, which would be good to know as well.
Even though Enscape could run on that card in theory, it’s not an experience we reccomend. If your remote machine has the better specifications it may be worth a try of course. Be aware that you may run into issues here as well, especially if the system does not have a better GPU.
