Enscape 2.6 exe. is not working with HTC vive

I have a problem that exe. coming out from Enscape 2.6 is not working with HTC vive while the older exe. versions is working well…

Sorry to hear about that - could you briefly upgrade to 2.6.1, to see if that would help with the problem? Please let me know in case it does not. :slight_smile:

same problem existing , while old exe versions of enscape is working good

Sorry to hear about that - could you also try to export another .exe via our latest preview to see if that helps? If it does not at all, and any exported files from the Enscape preview 2.7 do not recognize the Vive, we’ll need some log files from the machine as described here. In the submission form please also make sure to include a reference like a link to this thread. Beforehand please also have a look if Steam, Steam VR and Windows Mixed Reality for SteamVR is installed as well.

I had solved the issue as you proposed by updating VR & steam software as the problem is compatiblity with the new Enscape versions.
