Hi,
I did some searching in the forum, but i found no solution for my problem.
Attach here with the photo during installation.
When i click the setup file, it just come out with this Enscape Setup Wizard Ended Prematurely.
There is no other selection or check box for me to tick.
Also this is the first time i install the Enscape, so there will be no any certificate that i can delete.
Hopefully anyone can help with this

If so please kindly acquire and try to install our latest release of Enscape 4.0 as well, as you are currently still using an outdated 3.3 installer:

Please kindly let me know in case you still experience this or any additional problem in this regard.
Is that possible that my laptop is Chinese language so the Enscape not able to install?

Your laptop indeed looks like it meets the requirements.
I don’t think the Chinese language is a problem, I’m rather thinking that Enscape 3.3 might not be suited to run on a current version of Windows 11. I didn’t verify this, though. One question - have you considered trying to install an up to date version of Enscape? You can find them here: https://enscape3d.com/download/
OK, let me try to install the Enscape 4.0. If there any other problem after, i will try to post in this post again.
