I am sorry to hear that - Does this issue still persist? If so, can you also try to run the installer through an administrator account? It seems you are simply missing write-rights when it comes to our .MSI installer.
Hello, my account is an administrator and I also tried to manually give permission to the file and it didn’t work.
This is very specific with this version.

It should make no difference compared to the one we published on the Portuguese site, but just to make sure it isn’t caused by a faulty installer on that particular download page.
I’ve also contacted our developers to have a look into this - Is there perhaps any chance whatsoever you are able to change your system language to English temporarily? It should not make a difference, but it is a weird coincidence that it seems to only occur on systems where the OS language is set to Portuguese. Let me know and thank you again in advance.
