I also have the same problem in the MAC version… it is only locked in the startup in version 4.3
We will release a silent hotfix either later today or tomorrow which should resolve this behavior, but in this case as you are on Mac please also make sure to reach out to the support team as previously recommended just to make sure we’re not missing anything to then also inform you accordingly on how to proceed.
I feel the same way. When I upgraded to Enscape 4.3, it usually crashes right after launching. On the rare occasions when it doesn’t crash, the window is completely white with no visuals at all.
To anyone here still experiencing crashes please definitely make sure to update to our latest hotfix release which can be acquired here, which should in turn resolve this behavior.

In the MAC version the hotfix worked for now… but what bothers me the most is the window of the teaching is hiding when opening another app over the sketchup… I put the enscape window on another monitor to go beyond the editing, but now it has been a lot Bad this problem of hiding the Escape window…
