Hello, multiple staff are now having an issue where they launch enscape from within revit 2024, the enscape dark blue screen starts up, but then immediately throws an error: “enscape could not start. we are sorry for the inconvenience. we are eager to fix the problem… this helps us fix the problem sooner!”. However the bug report form also errors out and does not submit. (see attached picture)
I tried updating the computers to latest windows update, nvidia graphics update, revit updated etc, none of that matters and the app still doesnt work. It was working previously, so I’m unsure what changed. I tried to reinstall the previous few versions of enscape, but that also didnt solve it.
the computers are all “standard” windows computers (intel, 32gb+ ram, nvidia 20x0,30x0,40x0 series geforce cards). some of our systems still work, but just started a few days ago, and i’m concerned it’s going to get worse.
