Enscape stopped loading in Revit 2017.

I’ve been using a student license for Enscape with Revit 2017 over the past few weeks and it has worked fine. I was using it earlier today and it was also working well - however in the last few hours, when I open Enscape, it stays on the loading screen and if I do anything it crashes as closes along with Revit.

I installed the latest version of enscape this morning.

@tmackrill1 , welcome to the forum! Please be so kind as to send us some feedback via the Feedback button in your Enscape menu/ribbon. Also, make sure that ‘Include Logfiles into feedback’ is checked in the Enscape Feedback window and add your forum name or some other reference so we can connect the provided data to this thread. Open Revit > Open a sample project > Click the Enscape tab at the top > Click on Settings > Click on Reset All > Click the Save Icon at the top > Click Start Enscape

I’m sure this will fix the problem you are having, as I was having this issue in the office.
