Hey! A while ago I came to the forum to inform you that the first version 2.0 of Enscape for Mac did not appear in Sketchup or Archicad. After providing some data, the support team managed to find the problem and released a new update. However, I've been having a problem with this version... When I'm working on a not very large file (150mb) Enscape starts to freeze, not just Sketchup but also the entire Mac and sometimes forcing the computer to restart without asking. Sometimes Enscape just closes and a message appears (attachment) and doesn't reopen unless I close Sketchup and reopen it. Do you have any solution for this new problem?

Did you find a solution to this problem? Enscape is slowing down the computer a lot and sometimes forcing the MacBook to restart on its own...

We have seen a few such issues with different causes. I’d suggest you submit feedback with logs or alternatively send me it via PM here on forum, in best case with the sketchup project file if possible.
