I was recently charged for the renewal of my Enscape subscription because I forgot to cancel it before the renewal date. The charge was made only a couple of hours ago, and I realized the mistake shortly afterward.
I would like to request a refund for the renewal and have the subscription canceled. I have already submitted a support ticket. I understand that the renewal had already processed, but since the charge was very recent, I would really appreciate it if a refund could be considered. Just have been freaking out as I am a student.
