Hi! I just downloaded the free trial for Mac and when I open it, it says that the trial has expired… This makes no sense, can someone please help? I have been trying to find the solution in the forum but can’t find any discussions for this issue. Thank you.

In this regard Enscape might’ve been installed on this particular Mac prior in the past, though in any case you can simply request a trial reset by contacting our dedicated support team: How do I contact Support?
