Hello,
I need help with my following problem.
When i render a day image i can’t get light inside my building, so i’ve added some light inside.
But these only seem to work durning night time in enscape renders.
Does this have to do with the glass I use or the lighting?
Are there other things I could do to solve my problem?
Thanks!
PS: i’ve added 2 images of a day and night render to showcase my problem.
Hi @SonarJan , welcome to the forums!
This has nothing to do with glass you’re using. Much rather, light is always on in Enscape, daylight is just way, way brighter - just like in nature, too.
So, all you have to do is to dial up the light intensity in Revit (or, in the Enscape Visual Settings → Atmosphere tab → “Artificial Light Brightness”)
You’ll have to enter really high numbers in Revit. Usually artificial light sources do not really light up a room in broad daylight, so don’t mind a high (virtual) electricity bill
I am having the same problem. Is it a combination of the factors shown above, or specifically the “initial intensity?” Also, does the “Exposure setting” in Enscape affect the artificial lighting as well?
Hey @Gerry_H , it is exclusively the “Initial Intensity”. Enter a really high number, and ideally also dial up the “Artificial Lights Brightness” slider.
The “Exposure” setting does not affect the lights, but the light sensitivity of the camera in total.
I hope this helps!
