ray traced sun shadow BHV build out of memory

cant render my project every time have this problem “ray traced sun shadow BHV build out of memory” / and it crashes?

i ve got leatest GPU nivada drivers

where can be the problem?

i tried thr=e new version of enscape? the previous, but stil again and again the same problem

Hi @Kseniia_KC

What GPU do you have?

Did you send feedback with crash logs? It would help us to find out what’s up in your case.

RTX 2070 Super Asus

yes, sent it many times, but dont have any respond

Most struggle to use up 16GB of RAM, but 32GB should be considered for creative professionals who need to render large files and use complex software.

I had crashes before too, until I upgraded to 32GB. Maybe this would be the solution.

i got ram 64Gb

it’s more about GPU RAM. RTX 2070 Super has 8GB according to what I see on the Internet. 8GB should be more than enough for almost any project.

Sorry for that. Respond is usually sent very quickly. @Demian_Gutberlet could we try to find those feedbak tickets?

@Kseniia_KC , I can see that you sent us a report on the 16th of January, to which my colleague replied just a day later on the 17th asking you to kindly update your NVIDIA drivers as well as Enscape (which seems to have been done by now anyway) - Can you perhaps check your e-mail inbox once more, as well as the spam/junk folders for any replies from us?

Also, after you then installed the preview and sent in a further report yesterday, my colleague also replied back as well on the same day. If you do not receive or have received any e-mails from us at all, let me know. But, he advised you to kindly update your preview as well since you were still using preview 1, but just yesterday we also released preview 3.

Let me know if that doesn’t do the trick! Thank you in advance.

have not received any emails, I checked my spam folders too. Can you please forward those emails to

also I have updated all the drivers

and is using preview 3

none of which solved my issues

Hi @Kseniia_KC

I have forwarded the last reply I found from one of my colleagues to your mentioned email.

I am experiencing the same problem. Can anyone here give me a handout or instructions on what to do, 'cause I just bought the Enscape Educ License and this happened. I’m starting to think it’s not worth the money.

Right away, can you please ensure that your system meets our requirements:

https://learn.enscape3d.com/blog/knowledgebase/system-requirements/

If so, you can simply press the first button that you see in the “Enscape Renderer Error” dialogue to submit a dedicated feedback report including logs to our support team who will get back to you again with a solution or workaround.

I appreciate it and thanks a lot in advance.
