Ray Tracing not supported

Hi. I am having issues with Enscape 3.1 . When I try to activate ray-tracing it tells me that my graphics card does not support ray-tracing. I own a asus zephyrus g15 with a 3070.
So, does anyone know what is wrong, or is it true that my 3070 does not support ray tracing?
I am also running windows 11, and I have already re-installed and updated all of my graphics card drivers.

Thanks in advance.

Hi @Roy_1

Welcome to our forum.

Your RTX 3070 should of course support Ray Tracing.

Perhaps the driver was not installed correctly as this is usually the cause for this, additionally, you can send us a feedback report via the Enscape Feedback Button so we have more information to help troubleshoot this.

Please also include a link to this thread in the description.

I’m having the same issue with the same laptop and GPU. Only difference is that I’m running Windows 10 Pro. I submitted a feedback report this afternoon.

I’ve sent you a brief guide in the Feedback Report you’ve submitted - In this case it seems to boil down to the currently available faulty AMD chipset drivers. If my instructions do not help, please kindly reply back to me via the created case (via e-mail). Thanks!

Thank you so much! Worked perfectly.

Hi, any solution on this? I have same issue with same laptop.

Thanks

Which graphics card is built into your machine?

Also, please feel free to kindly send us a Feedback Report too so that we can identify the exact cause behind this problem as quickly as possible:

Let me know once you’ve submitted it and I’ll gladly have a look at the report myself.
