I have reinstalled windows, and now when i run enscape from revit and enter the serial number. it popups up saying that i already have when licsense active.
Hi @arcomer , could you please send us some feedback using the [Feedback] button in the Enscape ribbon? This way we can find out exactly what license you’re using and release it for you.
To prevent having to wait for us next time, simply revoke the license key beforehand in the [About] window.

A re-installation of Enscape shouldn’t delete the existing license key. Have you done anything else?
I’ve revoked your license for you. You should be able to activate it again on your workstation.
Please revoke your license before you re-install windows the next time.
- Start Revit and open an arbitrary project
- Click on the “About…” button in the Enscape ribbon
- In the window, click on the “Deactivate License” button
After you’ve done this, your license can be activated again e.g. on any other machine.
