when I input the number in the second grid start with 40 etc,the render always crash

Before this, I have communicated with you about this problem in feedback and email, and tried to install the program you mentioned, but the problem still exists

Strangely, when I switched back to 2.8, the problem didn’t reappear

As mentioned in the case of yours, this is a known problem which will be resolved as soon as possible. In the meantime it should help to either use a predefined resolution or disable RTX. Mentioning this to anyone who is also stumbling on this thread.
