I downloaded escape 4.0 on my MacBook pro M1 Pro 2021. When I open rhino (8.5) nothing appear in the toolbar or in the command. I followed all the steps of installation.
Do someone have the same issue ?

In the first instance, please try uninstalling any existing version of Enscape for Mac from your machine and then re-install Enscape using our latest service pack found here: https://enscape3d.com/download/
On top of that please check out the following article in order to activate Enscape for Rhino:

As per the article:
“In a situation where you do not see any reference to Enscape in Rhino menu or toolbar options, it is likely that the installation is corrupt or was somehow unsuccessful. In such circumstances it would be recommended to perform a fresh reinstall of Enscape. This means, uninstalling Enscape completely by removing it from Mac, rebooting the machine, and then running the Enscape installer again. You should also refer back to the installation steps, found here.”
Kindly let me know in case trying the above makes no difference what so ever.
