We recently started using virtual machines at work and installing and accessing Enscape has been a chore. We have floating licenses yet when we “Start” Enscape from Revit we get the “License notice: Enscape requires a valid license and account, Please sign into your Chaos account to start using it.” I sign in and I get the confirmation that sign in is complete and we can start using products. Only, it stops there. We have the floating licenses that we should be “pulling” from, i can confirm that I am signed into chaos from Revit: Chaos Accout tab. What are we missing? We have been working with support but with no luck so far. Any suggestions would help.
