Hello everyone,
I’m currently facing an issue where I can no longer upload individual frames to V-Ray Cloud. I’m receiving the following error message:
“Some of the frames you have listed do not exist.”
In my timeline, I’ve set up different states sets to frames using an animated dymmy object .
In the past, I was able to upload the same project from any frame without issues.
Has anything changed regarding the upload or frame handling process?
I’d really appreciate any help or suggestions!
Best regards,
Dimitry
Hi Dimitry,
Not sure if you ever figured this out, but I ran into the same issue and found the solution so I figured I’d share for anyone else who has this problem. What I realized was that I had the “frames” option checked in the render dialogue - I think it needs to be set to either single, active, or range. Something that was also causing the problem for me was that I was requesting frames that were outside of what I had my actual timeline set to. Hopefully this helps!
Hi Brian,
Thanks for sharing, that’s really interesting. I never actually fixed that issue back then. Instead, we switched to a different render solution, managing everything locally via Pulze Scene Manager.
Glad you managed to find the root cause, though!
Best regards,
Dimitry
