unstable works on mac with ventura

hi there, i found that last ver of enscape for mac now works unstable. need to fix it on os x ventura it crashes frequently and sketchup starts continuously loading ;(

macbook pro 14 m1 pro, ventura 13.0.1.

Welcome to our Forum. I am sorry to hear about that - To help us with improving Enscape for Mac’s stability, and to provide you with potential solutions to this issue, please also make sure to submit a feedback report with log files for further troubleshooting (in case you haven’t done so already). Thank you in advance.

Maybe you should not answer that like script.
Just need to fix performance for new mac os system, that’s it

Crashes like these can occur due to a multitude of different reasons (for both Enscape for Windows and Mac). Feedback reports which include log files, crash dumps and machine information are usually vital in order to at least try to resolve these issues at hand for the user.

Otherwise we’re pretty much just doing guesswork when it comes to what could be going wrong on your particular machine with that particular hardware setup, as Enscape for Mac itself should run at least stable enough to not have frequent crashes occur.

How large is the scene or the scenes you are working with usually (in terms of megabyte)?

And last but not least it would still be great to receive said report from your Mac so that our support team can look into this further, and forward potential bugs even as such to our developers, based on logs/crashdumps as said.

Thanks a lot in advance and I hope this makes more sense now.

my scene is about 300-400 megabyte, how can i give to you report? i need the instructions

I’ve linked the instructions above with my first reply, but you may have missed the hyperlink:

Again, we’d really appreciate it. It doesn’t take long but we still get all the files and information we require.

Also, do you experience these problems as well with a smaller or even empty scene? If not, then does it make a difference at all if you adjust the “Rendering Quality” as in mainly lowering it? In case you are using “High” or “Ultra” for navigation currently you can also drop to “Medium” and increase the quality again before taking renderings/videos/panoramas.

oh, thank you, i will did it in near time
i use High or Ultra renderer quality as usual
the exit may be unexpected

or scene has works, but sketchup just catch the spinning wheel

Given the project size as well, perhaps (temporarily) settings said Rendering Quality to Medium could help. The feedback report should tell us even more though of course.
