My fixed seat license has been deactivated. I only installed and use Enscape on this one PC. (See attached) License is not due for renewal for a while.
Please help resolve the issue ASAP.

I emailed the support team and sent feeback via the feedback button but they never got back to me. So really appreciate your help here.
