VRAY integrates with Chaos Vantage for rendering, which involves a reconnection process. This results in Chaos Vantage reconnecting, causing all preset parameters to disappear. This is a serious bug that has persisted across multiple versions and remains unfixed. Currently, VRAY has been updated to version 7.3, but to ensure compatibility with Chaos Vantage, we have been using VRAY version 7.2002
I hope to receive an official response on whether this is a bug and whether it will be fixed

Hello, resetting the live link when starting an animation rendering is a bug and it is logged in our bug tracker system. However I cannot say when it will be fixed.

3.2.1I am completely dissatisfied with your fix. It has not addressed the core issue at all. Such a serious bug remains unfixed, making it impossible to upgrade. Everyone is still stuck on the old version.

Are you working with 3ds Max of other host platform? Are you using a DR1 or a DR2 build of V-Ray? If it is a DR2 build it is written in the name of the installer. If you are using 3ds Max, the issue is on V-Ray for 3ds Max side with DR2 builds. If you are using DR1 builds, you can download them from the stable nightly builds https://build-manager.chaos.com/builds/stable?page=1&page-size=10&by=created-at&order=desc&product=V-Ray%2C3ds+Max. We are waiting on 3ds Max to make a fix for it and release it.
