I am not sure I understand. I do use Autograss, which is under everything; I do this so the edges don't look cut/paste.

Ah right so this grass is done with autograss and not forest pack?

Bit too much bump on the floor and a sharp aa filter I think? Might need a tiny bit of gammaing up to make it slightly airier too.

Yes, I dropped the floor bump and did some other changes, too. I hit render about 10 o'clock last night and it's only about 2/3rds of the way done this morning, so I have some work to do on getting better render times.

                      Using SP3?
With progressive you should have your entire image done, just with more or less grain.

*Get some GPUs, would be done already *

Progressive uses CPU, correct? Also, my understanding is Progressive will generally be slower if you are using it for production images.

Yes if Vray adv is used as production render, any render method uses CPU (progressive and bucket)
Only RT GPU can use GPU

Since SP3, I think thing has evolved and progressive isn't that more slow than bucket anymore, from my understanding, I haven't check myself.

I'll have to play with Progressive. I never have considered it because I rely on PSD Manager a lot.

Here, is an update. It took longer to render than I would have hoped for, so this is 1/2 resolution. This still took 4hrs 50min at 1920 x 1080 using BF + LC

I am using V-Ray 3.30.03 V-Ray SkyDome and V-Ray camera. Why it took so long, I don't know, so any suggestions would be appreciated.
