Yep all 4 from one kit. (I made that mistake once, It won't happen again as the resulting system wasn't very stable)
I can give you the model number when I'm at home later since I put it together there and the packaging is still in my basement.
Yep I took the second Profile like you said. (3200 16-18-18-38 )
I did a few test starts and it still happens.
    Windows is 1903 yes.

I realized one of the fans on my water cooler is broken. I'll get a new one. Maybe I can make 4.1 run quietly with all 3 running. But that'll be sometime next week.

        Ihno
I actually don't recommend that cooler and in my other posts I told others to stay away from it
The first and second Generation had a manufacturing defect, and in 2-3 months the pump would fail because of corrosion .. Basically they fucked up the metal mixture they used in various parts of their pump, which is an unforgivable mistake
Nothing like this happened before to such a high end cooler
You would be suprised if I told you I had over 25 units fail which is basically every single unit, then we stopped using them completely .. Other people here on forum got up to 5 replacements, all of them failed.
If you can send that back because of the fan, that would be great. Stick to Corsair H115i Pro or H150i or NZXT Kraken X72
If you decide to keep it, you will need to keep an eye on your temps regularly

I'm lucky, I'll get a refund for that cooler, and we'll buy the H150i PRO instead.

                      Hey Ihno
                      Lets try few things now,
I want you to load optimized defaults, then enable A-XMP, then choose the correct profile for your RAM
then you should enable the memory try it feature, set it to Samsung it might help

Lets then reboot and see if the OC is always working
If you still having the same issue, let's disable A-XMP, and setting the DRAM frequency manually to 3200
And enable memory try it again
Then click on Advanced DRAM configuration, you will need to try 1.4 volts, which is totally save for 24/7 usage
Save and reboot, then see if this makes the OC stable

Let me know how it goes

Memory try it lets me choose a profile and it disables xamp. So I couldn't test both at the same time. Memory try it only didn't work. I tested 2 - 3200 profiles. Memory try it with higher voltage (1.4 instead of 1.380) didn't work either. I disabled memory try it and xamp - choose 3200 as frequency and 1.4v and this seems to work. It always starts with 3200.

Good to hear it worked for you, Tomorrow you will need to reapply the CPU OC and most importantly disable PBO again
Then test stability for few hours, but fingered crossed, this should work nicely hopefully
I trade that beer with coffee

Let me know how it goes
There is a slight chance we might need to do manual timings, but hopefully not

It seems to work. I'll start the longer stress test when I go home later, but till now it seems to be stable. And it boots with 3200 every time.

Did you reapply the CPU OC again?
Take your time on testing stability, fingers crossed
