Regarding noise again... is it me or changing subdivs in material (reflection subdivs for example) doesn't do anything I bumped them up to 512 an no change it render time and quality.Luke Szeflinski

woooo !! It's really really weird. The more I read, the more I don't understand what is going on !!?
I'm still working with 1.5 and will upgrade soon...for sure. But I would like to understand what's happen with noise with 2.0....

I did some tests, which Vlado will hopefully enjoy as they seem to suggest everything is working as it should. I should maybe have tried a more complex scene, but at the time thought a simple white interior would highlight any problems with noise.
The exterior scene confirms an issue I have with vray 2, that it isn't as economical with memory. Although the vray 2 version rendered quicker, it used more than 2 gb more ram.
