If you are a user who has invested heavily in hardware or in cloud servers and are using your Vray 2.4 licence to render out to 60 render nodes...the Vray 3.0 node licensing change is a big issue worth being emotional about.

IF this was infact a completely NEW software (Vray 1.0) and THIS was their node policy from day 1, then you would be correct in the Lambo comparison.
But this is the same software we have used and incorporated into our workflow and budgets and now the rug is being pulled very dramatically.
I think the answer is somewhere in-between these 2 extreme points of view. I think this change is way too much too quickly - from UNLIMITED nodes down to 1 Node only.
