I format my laptop yesterday and I need to reinstall all software including Enscape. After the installation, I cannot activate the license.
Please help me. I really need to use the Enscape to render my final year project.

As you might’ve seen already, we’ve already reset your license around an hour ago (via your submitted case) so please try activating Enscape once again. Good luck with your final year project as well.
Good afternoon, I can not use the free trial license, it appears as expired, I wanted to try the new version of enscape, previously I had tried the last one, but I wanted to see what new updates there were but it does not allow me to use it.

I’ve hereby also reset the activation for your license so you should be able to activate Enscape again like usual. If you still experience any further problems, you can simply reach out to our support team as mentioned.
