I’m currently experiencing an issue accessing the asset library in SketchUp, and this message appears.
I’m connected through Ethernet and not using a proxy server. I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Chaos and Enscape, but the issue continues.
My system meets the minimum requirements (and some recommended specs), and I’ve used this software in the past without any problems. This is the first time I’ve encountered this issue.
Has anyone experienced something similar or know how to fix it?
