Hello, I have been emailing both and since the end of the August and I have not heard back to them. The last time I received an email from Helen was on Aug. 26th where she had sent me a documentation to apply for a floating license. I sent the form back right away but now cannot get a response. I have no idea whether I was approved for the floating license or not. Now our license expired on Oct. 26th and no one has responded for us to extend it. Are we still eligible for an Educational Lab licenses? I emailed Aug. 26th, Sept 3rd, Sept 16th, Sept 20th, Oct 5th, Oct 25th and now again to this forum. Please help! Our Interior Design classes depend heavily on Enscape3d. Please let me know what I can do. I hope everyone is OK.
